- File Formats: Added OPEN as a field with SPMEAS records in hdbexport files. OPEN has the opposite meaning of STAT and is a non-preferential field. If STAT is in the file, this will always be used even if OPEN is also present. These fields are used to set the ResultBoolean field with ModelResultOverrides.
- Transient Stability: Added initial limit violation checking to governor model WEHGOV for the Gate state so that Gmax or Gmin can be modified to fix initial limit violations if the user chooses to do so.
- Transient Stability: The CCOMP4A model in PSS/E has a sign difference in the term K1 as compared to PowerWorld. When reading and writing a DYR file we now appropriately flip the Signed-off-by:
