Bug Fixes
- File Formats: EPC file syntax requires a single line of text that says "end" to complete the file. If this was missing an access violation would occur when reading the EPC file. This has been changes so that Simulator just stops reading the file gracefully if the end is missing.
- File Formats: An error was made in writing a custom monitor contingency violation regarding a three-winding transformer to the PWB file which could cause access violations when viewing contingency results contained in the PWB file. This fixes it so we are able to properly read the PWB that was created.
