Features and Improvements
- Transient Stability: Added the ability to load a picture to the Background of a Transient Plot. There is also an option "Back Image Inside" that if checked the image will be added inside the X and Y axis of the plot. If not checked it will be loaded in the entire plot panel.
- Available Transfer Capability (ATC) Tool: No longer exclude contingencies in ATC that completely isolate the source or sink. Modifications to ATC to include the impact of isolating a source or sink participant in OTDF calculations have been made in recent patches and ignoring the contingency completely is no longer necessary.
- General: When deleting a Line Shunt, transient stability contingencies containing actions for the line shunt were not being deleted. This could cause access violations. This has been fixed.
