Bug Fixes
- Transient Stability: Fixed transient branch relay models LOCTI, TIOCR1, TICORS and TIOCRSRF Time Inverse Over Current Relays. The bug was that the Timer was starting at the time the current was higher than the pickup limit but was not checking if the current was in the correct direction. The current direction is set by the direct parameter. Now the timer will start ONLY if the current is higher than the pickup value AND in the correct direction.
