Bug Fixes
- Available Transfer Capability (ATC) Tool: When running ATC an access violation could occur if using a Super Area as a Seller or Buyer and any conflict occurs between the Seller and Buyer being in different islands or having no online participants.
- QV Curve Tool: Changed the name of the variable name for a QVCurve called "CaseName" to instead be "Contingency". Simulator will still read the old variable name, but we will now always write out "Contingency" from now on
