- Power Flow Solution: Removed the option "Ignore Phase Shift Angle Effects" from the DC options on the DC Approximation portion of the dialog.
- Transient Stability: PSSE uses a model instance integer value as a key field on transient stability models such as FRQTPAT, FRQDCAT, VTGTPAT, and VTGDCAT. These model instance integer values are globally unique in PSSE, across all such model instances and types. Prior to this change, the model instance integer was only unique in conjunction with the generator instance and model type. This has been changed so that when reading or writing to DYR files PowerWorld ensures they are unique globally as well.
