- Available Transfer Capability (ATC) Tool: When determining how many transfer limiters to keep based on number of times Limiting Elements and Contingencies appear during an ATC run, the limiters are now sorted by contingency name and limiting element description to keep consistency between runs done in different instances of Simulator. They had previously been sorted based on internal object pointers. This would maintain a consistent order within a single instance of Simulator, but might make it difficult to compare results from different runs.
- Transient Stability: REPC_D model was writing the MVA Base for the dyd file with the incorrect "mvab=" format. This was fixed and now the mvab will be written correctly.
