Bug Fixes
- Retriever: Fixed a bug reading quality codes. When reading quality codes, the line of values was being skipped if the quality column was empty. This has been fixed by changing the code to default to good quality. This makes sense because the user inputs the Bad or Questionable quality codes. Anything else can be assumed to be good.
