Features and Improvements
- Transient Stability: Added some data checking so that zero or negative high voltage cease thresholds are ignored.
- Transient Stability: Modified so that the frequency input to the PERC1 and PERC2 models are always ignored when the per unit voltage is below 0.70 per unit.
- Transient Stability: Added a second set of default input parameters for REGC_A and REECA1 to match the default parameters expected by PJM.
- QV Curve Tool: Made corrections to how distributed QV determines number of processes to run. There was an error that could indicate that the calculations failed even though results were determined for all expected scenarios.
