Features and Improvements
- Auxiliary Files (SCRIPT and DATA Sections): Added SetElseCreateData script command that will first try to update fields if an object exists, and if not, a new object will be created. When creating a new object the mode is automatically switched to Edit Mode.
The command takes (objecttype, [fieldlist], [SetValueList], [CreateValueList]) as parameters. Key fields must be included in the fieldlist so that an object can be identified. SetValueList is the list of values that are set if the object already exists. CreateValueList is the list of values that are used if a new object is being created. - GIC: Fixed *.gmd transformer write bug in which we were not correctly writing zero for transformers with no substation.
- GIC: Added additional error reporting when loading GMD and GIC files.
