Features and Improvements
- Transient Stability: Changed the behavior for Load Relays in Transient Stability so that when they trip they take out fractional amount of both the Load Characteristics and the Load Distributed Generation models.
- Transient Stability: Fixed an access violation for transient when line shunts substations were nil.
