- Transient Stability: Added new "Power Electronic Reconnecting and Ceasing" (PERC1) load characteristic model.
- Transient Stability: Fixed an error with transient model OEL5C translation to PSLF dyd file. the parameter SW1 was set incorrectly in the dyd file. Now the SW1 parameter will be set to the correct parameter based on the value in PowerWorld. In PowerWorld OEL reference logical switch 1 (1 = Position A, 2 = Position B) but in PSLF OEL reference logical switch 1 (0 = Position A, 1 = Position B).
