New Electric Transmission System Planning Short Course Utilizing PowerWorld Software
If any of you are looking for a short course focused on transmission system planning utilizing PowerWorld software, we wanted to let you know that one will be offered by Texas A&M in College Station Texas on March 19 to 21. The instructors for this course are PowerWorld co-founder Tom Overbye, PowerWorld superuser Tracy Rolstad and Jose Conto from ERCOT. While not a PowerWorld training course, this course will make use of PowerWorld Simulator to demonstrate many of the concepts associated with planning the high voltage transmission system.
