Edit Mode Introduction
The Edit Mode is used to create a new case or to modify existing cases. To switch to Edit Mode, click on the Edit Mode button in the Mode ribbon group on any of the ribbon tabs.
Here is a sampling of things you can do in Edit Mode:
- Create a new case; see New Case for details.
