Following checks and corrections are applied during Validation and AutoCorrection.

  • If 0.0 < Tfltr < 0.5*Mult*TimeStep then Tfltr = 0.0
    ElseIf 0.55*Mult*TimeStep < Tfltr < Mult*TimeStep then Tfltr = Mult*TimeStep

Mult represents the user-specified value Minimum time constant size as multiple of time step option on the Validation page of the Transient Stability Dialog

TimeStep represents the integration time step being used as described on TimeStep

Vwgo Voltage threshold below with the WGO function is initiated [pu]
Pwgo1 Power reference held during a fault when WGO is initiated [pu]
rpw1 Ramp rate at which power is increased from Pwgo1 to Pwgo2 [pu/s]
Pwgo2 Power reference held for Thold seconds after the fault [pu]
rpw2 Ramp rate at which power is increased from Pwgo2 back to normal [pu/s]
Thold Time for which the power reference is held at Pwgo2 [s]
eps Small hysteresis on voltage recovery to start the first ramp [pu]
Tfltr Voltage filter time constant [s]
