Following checks and corrections are applied during Validation and AutoCorrection.
- p_PSS must be between than 0 and 4, if true then p_PSS changed to 0.
- K3 and T13: K3 can't be 0 if T13 = 0, if true then K3 changed to 10.
- K4 and T14: K3 can't be 0 if T14 = 0, if true then K4 changed to 10.
- For Param TR1, TR2, TR3, TR4, T1, T2, T3, T4, T5, T6, T11 and TE then If 0.0 < Param < 0.5*Mult*TimeStep then Param = 0, ElseIf 0.5*Mult*TimeStep < Param < Mult*TimeStep then Param = Mult*TimeStep
- For Param TE2, TB1, K21, KETB and Xp then If 0 < Param < Mult*TimeStep then Param = Mult*TimeStep
- If LIMMAX_PID1< LIMMIN_PID1 then swap the values
- If Up+< Up- then swap the values
Mult represents the user-specified value Minimum time constant size as multiple of time step option on the Validation page of the Transient Stability Dialog
TimeStep represents the integration time step being used as described on TimeStep
Following treatment is handled during the transient numerical simulation
- If Vr > Up+, then Up+= Vr limits or if Vr < Up-, then Up-= Vr
- If Ieref > LIMMAX_PID1, then LIMMAX_PID1= Ieref limits or if Ieref < LIMMIN_PID1, then LIMMIN_PID1= Ieref
- If Vss > Psslim, then Psslim = Vss or if Vss < -Psslim then Psslim := abs(Vss)
- If State TE> Vt*Up+, then Vt*Up+= State TE limits or if State TE< Vt*Up-, then Vt*Up-= State TE
