• Replay Screencast (Shareware - $29.95/Windows) - This program provides the easiest way to capture whatever the user sees on the screen, and then turn it into a movie file.  It's a very convenient way to make software demos and tutorials, PowerPoint videos, record Flash, QuickTime, and DRM protected videos.  It can record from a screen region, or any application window. Replay Screencast makes standard Windows Media WMV files.
• TechSmith SnagIt (Shareware - $39.95/Windows) - This program offers users over 40 ways to capture content from your Windows screen, such as video, images, text, and more.  As for video SnagIt can capture the full screen, a window, or a rectangular region, including optionally the recording of audio.
